Who Will Actually Read Your Scan
IMC works with consultants across orthopaedics, spine surgery, joint reconstruction, sports medicine and rehabilitation. Each case is routed to the subspecialty it belongs to, and the consultant who reviews it is the one who would perform the procedure.
Why Our Specialists
How Consultants Enter the IMC Network
The network is deliberately narrow. Adding a name requires all four of the following to be verified in writing before any case is routed to them.
Verified seniority
Attending-level appointment at an accredited tertiary hospital, with subspecialty practice — not general orthopaedics — in the area they review for IMC.
Active operating volume
Consultants continue to operate regularly in their subspecialty, so their assessment reflects current practice rather than historic experience.
Willing to work bilingually
Each consultant works with a coordinator to produce a written summary a physician at home can read, and accepts follow-up questions after discharge.
Prepared to say no
Consultants are paid for the review, not the procedure. A recommendation of conservative treatment, or of no treatment, is a normal outcome.

Send your imaging and a short history. A consultant in the relevant subspecialty reviews it and you receive a written summary of the options identified — normally within 48 hours.
